Nueva Linda is a Rainforest Alliance certified specialty-coffee estate located in the Sierra Madre mountains of southern Mexico, in the state of Chiapas. Chiapas borders Guatemala and shares the same mountain range with Huehuetenango, one of the best regions from Guatemala. It is known to be one of the safest states in Mexico and has a national cloud forest park: El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. The farm shares a buffer with the Triunfo Biospehere Reserve: a tropical cloud-forest preserve of some 50,000 acres, which helps to temper a changing climate and provide rich soil and clean water.
